Do you ever feel like you don’t have enough time to meal prep or are too hungry when you get home from work to cook up a meal? Me too! Lately, I have been loving big whole wheat pasta dishes. They are simple to make, are quick, and you can keep mixing up the dishes with different sauces and/or veggies!
You know what’s great about sleep? Aside from it replenishing our bodies with the energy we need to kick butt the next day, it also means that another breakfast meal is right around the corner. We may be more breakfast crazy than most. Falling asleep to our food dreams, and waking up and making them come true is so great. Does Disneyland even compare? Nope. (Just kidding. There’s no way anything beats the Indian Jones ride. Sorry, Mickey. We take that back.)
But the eating fast, the 6-8 hours when you’re cozy and snoring in your bed, is important to break as it helps to kick-start your metabolism for the day. It is also a great time to get in nutrients and vitamins that your body is going to love and thank you for.
